Fairfax County Firefighters Respond To McLean House Fire

MCLEAN, VA — Fairfax County firefighters were able to bring a house fire under control in the McLean area early Friday evening, according to the fire department.

When they arrived at the home, in the 6000 block of Chesterbrook Road, heavy fire was showing from the back of the home and in the attic, the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department said.

All occupants of the home were accounted for and no civilian or firefighter injuries were reported, the fire department said shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
