Famed Chef Peter Chang Opening New Restaurant In McLean
A new Peter Chang restaurant will be opening in McLean on Oct. 12, with signature dishes like Scallion Bubble Pancake and Amish Honey Ribs.

MCLEAN, VA — A new Peter Chang restaurant will be opening in McLean on Oct. 12, with signature dishes like Scallion Bubble Pancake, Amish Honey Ribs and a Chinese-style burger called Rogamou.
This will be the eighth Peter Chang restaurant named after the famed chef who came to the U.S. from China in the early 2000s. The other Peter Chang restaurants are in Arlington, Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, Short Pump (near Richmond), Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and Rockville, Maryland.
Peter Chang McLean will be open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Peter Chang also owns Q By Peter Chang in Bethesda, Mama Chang in Fairfax, and Baltimore’s NiHao. Chang Chang, a restaurant in Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., is also scheduled to open this month.
The Peter Chang restaurant will be located at 6715 Lowell Avenue in McLean.
