Dairy Queen is giving away a special treat Tuesday afternoon, its Oreo Frappe. The company is giving away the treat from 2-5 p.m. Tuesday. The Oreo Frappe is a mix of coffee, ice, soft serve ice cream, crumbled Oreo and whipped cream.
