McLean Project For The Arts To Hold Benefit At Wildersmoor House

McLean Project for the Arts will be holding its Spring Benefit on Thursday, May 18 to raise funds to support the local arts community.

MCLEAN, VA — McLean Project for the Arts will be holding its Spring Benefit on Thursday, May 18 to raise funds to support the local arts community.

The benefit will take place at Wildersmoor House in Great Falls and will run from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on May 18. The Wildersmoor estate has more than 17 acres of rolling hills, as well as a picturesque lake.

“MPA’s Spring Benefit kicks off the summer soirée season, celebrating a vital commitment to the arts and our community,” MPA co-chair Natalie von Seelen said in a statement. “This year, we are particularly excited to offer guests the opportunity to support the arts in such a timelessly beautiful location.”

The event will feature several pieces by renowned McLean sculptor Emilie Benes Brzezinski. The Spring Benefit will also feature the music of The Bitter Dose Combo, a D.C. gypsy jazz and swing band, and Abbie Palmer, a multi-genre harpist.

A silent auction featuring high-value items will also be held at the Spring Benefit.

Ticket sales for the event will go on sale on April 17. The public can visit the MPA website to purchase tickets on that date. Sponsorship opportunities for the event are currently available online.
