New Asian Fusion Restaurant Coming to McLean
Fahrenheit will be opening this fall on Dolley Madison Boulevard in McLean.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- A restaurant called Fahrenheit, serving up an Asian fusion menu, is coming this fall to McLean, according to owner Lilly Qin, a McLean resident.
Qin, a wife and mom, said Tuesday this is her first foray into owning and running a restaurant, but she grew up in the business and wants to bring something new to the McLean dining scene.
Currently the space at 1313 Dolley Madison Blvd., #103, which formerly housed a deli, is undergoing renovations, she said.

Qin said her restaurant will serve lunch and dinner and she is shooting for a fall opening. She said she expects the restaurant to be especially busy at lunchtime and on weekends and is expecting to cater to McLean residents who don't want to get stuck in traffic driving elsewhere to try something new for lunch or dinner.
She plans to work with farmers and vendors in Virginia and Maryland to keep the cuisine she serves as fresh and local as possible, she said. Plans also call for serving beer and wine. Qin said she expects the restaurant to seat between 20-30 diners.
