An expansive and newly built mansion on River Bend Road in Great Falls just hit the market, and its reported price may make a few jaws drop.

The new home, constructed by American Majestic Homes, is listed at $4.49 million, according to the Washington Post. The home sits on a two-ace plot of land and the house itself is more than 13,800 square feet.

Among the house’s other amenities are six bedrooms, nine bathrooms (six full baths), a circle drive, a four-car garage and a swimming pool in the backyard.
