MCLEAN, VA — The new owners of the McLean home previously owned by Washington Capitals star T.J. Oshie and his wife have found a buyer for their old home in the Langley Farms community.
Kirk Galiani, founder and co-chairman of US Fitness, and his wife, Maria, of Galiani Design Group, sold their home Monday at 1113 Langley Lane for $10.8 million, the Washington Business Journal reported Tuesday.
The 16,000-square-foot home was listed in October for $13.5 million. The buyer of the home was “Earthly Castle LLC,” according to the Washington Business Journal, which reported that the person behind the entity has not been identified.

Will Thomas of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, who was listing the Galiani home, told the Washington Business Journal that the sale of the couple's home was the most expensive residential sale in the Washington, D.C., area in at least the last six months.
In September, Kirk and Maria Galiani purchased the home in the Langley Farms community owned by Oshie and his wife for $6.4 million. In March, the Oshies paid $7.5 million for a newly constructed 9,890-square-foot home on Dogue Hill Lane in the same community.

While the Oshies wanted an upgrade in their living arrangements, the Galianis chose to move into the Oshies’ smaller home in the community because they are empty-nesters after their three children graduated from high school, the Washington Business Journal reported.
