Providence Day & Back To School Celebration Debuts On Saturday
The inaugural Providence Day & Back To School Celebration will take place Saturday, Oct. 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Marshall High School.
FAIRFAX, VA — Providence District Supervisor Dalia Palchik and Fairfax County School Board Chair Karl Frisch are hosting the inaugural Providence Day & Back to School Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 5, from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. at George C. Marshall High School.
The event will include interactive booths, resource fair, food trucks giveaways and a fit games challenge. Childrens' activities include pumpkin painting, face painting and the opportunity to touch a truck.
Marshall High School is located at 7731 Leesburg Pike. Shuttle buses will be available from the Jim Scott Community Center (3001 Vaden Drive in Fairfax,) and the James Lee Community Center (2855 Annandale Road in Falls Church).
