This ramp had been closed for approximately one year to enable Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project crews to construct the flyover bridges for Dulles Metrorail across Route 123 from the Dulles Connector Road to the north side of Route 123.
Some repairs to the roadway are still to be made. Residents of the McLean area have been requesting that the ramp be reopened for several months. Drivers will be alerted when additional work is scheduled.
