Sexual Battery Charge Filed Against McLean Man: Police
Fairfax County Police arrested a McLean man on Tuesday who they say is linked to a May 25 indecent exposure incident at a Tysons store.

MCLEAN, VA — A 22-year-old McLean man accused of indecent exposure was previously cited for sexual battery in an incident that occurred inside a Tysons store in May, according to Fairfax County Police.
Officers responded on Sept. 3 to a report of an exposure in the 1500 block of Cornerside Boulevard in Tysons.
Investigators determined Kendall Jamal Miller of McLean was exposing himself inside a store and trying to touch customers inappropriately.

Detectives linked Miller to an exposure case that took place on May 25 in a store in the 8300 block of Leesburg Pike in Tysons. The victim said a man followed her, exposed himself, and then left the store before police arrived.
Miller was arrested and charged with one count of sexual battery for the May 25 incident. After being held in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, he was released on an unsecured bond.

The investigation into the Sept. 3 incident is still underway, but additional charges are pending, police said.
