Travel Channel Chef Serving Fire Meets Flavor Dinners In McLean
Chef David Guas from "American Grilled" is serving five courses of expertly grilled, seasonal ingredients every Wednesday in July.

MCLEAN, VA — Every Wednesday in July, Chef David Guas is trading his show on the Travel Channel "American Grilled" from the judge's chair for some serious patio plates and partnering with Neutral Ground Bar + Kitchen neighbor, The Organic Butcher.
Beginning on July 2, a maximum of 22 diners will be seated on the patio to enjoy five courses of expertly grilled, seasonal ingredients served as tasting portions of produce from local farms. The courses will include locally sourced heritage meats and freshly caught seafood provided by Guas' friends at The Organic Butcher.
Diners will also be able to take advantage of half-priced bottles from the special “Weekend” Wednesdays Wine List, which is available for the entire restaurant. If you don’t finish the bottle, you can take it home to enjoy.
