Trump in McLean Friday: Real Estate Developer Throwing Fundraiser

The GOP presidential nominee will travel to McLean for a fundraiser, according to a report by The Washington Post.

McLEAN, VA -- GOP presidential nominee Donald J. Trump will stop in McLean Friday, Sept. 16 for a fundraiser at the home of McLean real estate developer Giuseppe Cecchi and wife Mercedes, according to a report Wednesday by The Washington Post.

Cecchi, a native of Milan who came to the United States in 1960 to scout a location and oversee the building of the Watergate, serves as Chief Executive Officer and president of The IDI Group Companies, according to Business Week. Cecchi is also a director of the Greater Washington Board of Trade.

Plan to attend? If you donate $100,000, that will get you six tickets to a photo opportunity and reception at the McLean event. The other donation tiers are at: $50,000, $25,000 and $10,000, the Post reports.

In addition to donating his time to the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Cecchi also donates to Catholic University, the National Children’s Museum, George Mason University and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
