Two More Burglaries Reported This Week, Raising Total to 5 in 5 Days
Authorities reported burglaries at homes on Maynard Drive and Gilson Street earlier this week after reporting three over the weekend.

Fairfax County Police responded to two more burglaries in the McLean Police District earlier this week, raising the district’s total to five since last Friday.
The first burglary this week took place on Monday afternoon at approximately 3:43 p.m. A resident living on the 1800 block of Gilson Street told police an unknown person entered their home and took property. Police have not provided a description of the potential suspect.
The second incident occurred Tuesday afternoon at approximately 12:40 p.m. A resident living on the 2000 block of Maynard Drive reported that an unknown person broke into their home and stole property as well.

Both cases remain under investigation.

- 1400 block of Balls Hill Road, wallet from business
- 1600 block of International Drive, cell phone from business
- 2800 block of Merrilee Drive, merchandise from business
- 2800 block of West George Mason Road, cell phone from business
STOLEN VEHICLES:
- 2800 block of Juniper Street, Ford F350 Truck
