Motorcyclist weaved in and out of traffic, made U turns, drove between cars to dodge police in chase posted to YouTube, attributed to NBC-4.
A wild video posted recently on YouTube and attributed to NBC-4 shows every crazy twist and turn of a chase last month between Fairfax County Police and a lone motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist involved in the traffic pursuit Friday, Nov. 11, was Anders N. Kinsler, 20, of Sterling. He was charged with reckless driving and eluding police by a Fairfax County officer. The officer initially attempted to stop the motorcycle in Fairfax County, in the Chantilly area, for not having registration displayed on the vehicle, according to police.
The chase started that day around 4:35 p.m., when a patrol officer attempted to stop Kinsler for a traffic violation. Kinsler failed to yield to the officer and a traffic pursuit began. The pursuit continued into Loudoun County; Virginia State Troopers and Loudoun County Sheriff’s deputies assumed the pursuit. The Fairfax Police helicopter was in the area, followed the suspect and updated officers on the ground. U.S. Park Police helicopters assisted as well.

The pursuit continued for just over an hour as officers chased the suspect and police helicopters remained overhead. Around 5:40 p.m., the suspect stopped in a double turn lane on the side of the road, set his kickstand and kneeled on the ground, surrendering voluntarily to police in the area of Route 7 eastbound and Belmont Ridge Boulevard, in Loudoun County. Troopers and Loudoun deputies took him into custody without incident.
