Bread & Water Company Now Hiring
The restaurant is located at the Belle View Shopping Center.
The long anticipated Bread & Water is now hiring according to a sign on the front door of the restaurant at Belle View Shopping Center.
The owners are looking for sous chefs, pastry and bread bakers, bakery help, servers, cashiers and cleaners. The combination bakery, cafe and patisserie will offer soups, sandwiches and pastries, as well as Italian coffee, beer and wine.
Owner Marko Panas and Executive Chef and Manager Shaun McCarty have been working diligently on the space — posting renovation photos on the restaurant's Facebook page. Recently, the stove and new custom deck oven was installed in preparation for opening.
An opening date for the restaurant is still unknown at the moment. Panas did not respond to a Patch email about a tentative date.
