Franconia District Supervisor Rodney Lusk backed a failed push for a larger setback, as the Board balanced neighborhood protections with urgent power grid and data center demands. 
• Fairfax leaders to honor police for response to 2021 attack on U.S. Capitol (ffxnow.com) — Franconia District Supervisor Rodney Lusk is co-sponsoring a Fairfax County proclamation to honor local police who helped restore order at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The measure, backed unanimously by the Board of Supervisors, will recognize Fairfax officers’ sacrifices and seek to name any county first responders who later died from related trauma.
