We want to purchase some land and building a housing building for our Homeless Female Veterans and their Children have somewhere to reside in the Virginia Metropolitan area. The housing units can already have rooms in them allowing the Hurricane Foundation, Inc to provide those housing units to individuals in need. The renovated McDonald's at 8735 Richmond Highway opened for business Thursday. The fast-food restaurant has been closed since June. The old restaurant was demolished and a new one was constructed in its place. The Mount Vernon location is among <a href="http://www.upi.com/Business_News/2012/01/25/A-new-look-at-McDonalds/UPI-92281327523477/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">2,400 McDonald's restaurants that are getting a new look this year</a>, UPI reports. The redesign includes Wi-Fi and larger tables for families, and a brand new drive-thru menu.
