1 Dead, 1 Injured In Shooting At Portsmouth Hotel: Report
The early-morning shooting is the second in just over a week to be reported at the River Walk Inn, according to a report.
PORTSMOUTH, VA — A man is dead and a woman seriously injured following a shooting at the River Walk Inn in Portsmouth on Wednesday, according to reports.
Police were called to the hotel on Effingham Street just after 5:30 a.m., WAVY News 10 reported. No additional details were released by police, the report said.
This is the second shooting in just over a week to take place at the River Walk Inn, according to WAVY. On Jan. 24, a man and girl were shot at the hotel. The business was also robbed the day before that shooting.
