Anti-gun violence advocates decry violence in Young Terrace neighborhood (13newsnow.com) — A 21-year-old man was killed in a Thursday night shooting on Whitaker Lane in Norfolk’s Young Terrace neighborhood, prompting renewed pleas from local anti-gun violence advocates.
