City Of Norfolk: Norfolk Police Identify Homicide Victim From E. Olney Road

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the woman found dead inside of a home Monday afternoon on E. Olney Road.

On March 14, 2022, around 4:25 p.m. Officers responded to a home in the 500 block of E. Olney Road for the report of an unresponsive woman. When police arrived, they found Jwanta M. Scarbor, 26, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening injuries. Scarbor was pronounced deceased at the scene.
