NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) On February 21, 2022, around 2:00 p.m. police responded to the tire center at BJ’s Wholesale Club located at 5820 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard for the report of a stolen vehicle.
Surveillance footage showed that a man entered an unsecured car while it was being worked on and drove off.
