City Of Norfolk: Police Identify Man Fatally Shot On Denver Avenue

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk police have identified the man fatally shot Sunday evening as 56-year-old Kenneth L. Parker of Norfolk.

Around 10:15 p.m., dispatchers received a call for a gunshot disturbance in the 4700 block of Denver Avenue. When police arrived, they found Parker suffering from gunshot wounds. Parker was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives have not released any suspect information or the circumstances surrounding this deadly incident; however, they ask anyone with information to call the Norfolk Crime Line at Line 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip through the P3Tips mobile app.
