• Vaulted Deep appeals to Accomack BZA for deep injection on Oak Hall farm (shoredailynews.com) — A company called Vaulted Deep is appealing Accomack County’s decision that bans deep injection wells, seeking permission to build one on agricultural land near Oak Hall. County officials say current zoning doesn’t allow this use anywhere, and the Board of Zoning Appeals hearing—originally planned for January—has been pushed to March, giving Oak Hall residents more time to follow and weigh in on the proposal.
