Election 2010: Oakton Votes for its Own
Of the four precincts in Oakton Patch's coverage area, three went to Fimian
Oakton voters preferred fellow resident Keith Fimian to incumbent Gerry Connolly in the 11th District congressional election, giving him 50.69 percent of its votes to the 47.58 percent given to Connolly.
Also on the ballot against Fimian and Connolly were Christopher DeCarlo, David Dotson and David William Gillis Jr., who combined for 1.63 percent of Oakton's votes.
Oakton precincts include Blake, at Oakton High School; Oakton, at Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax; Oak Marr, at Oak Marr Recreation Center; and Waples Mill, at Waples Mill Elementary School.
