Each year, Flint Hill School hosts Winterfest to inject a little school spirit into the lull between Homecoming and Prom, with a focus on uniting the Lower and Upper Schools.
The Oakton private school put on the annual event Saturday, providing various games, activites, shows and information sessions to Lower School students. The school also hosted basketball games for each of its Upper School teams.
Winterfest culminated in the boys varsity team's game against Mid-Atlantic Athletic Conference foe Potomac School.
