OAKTON, VA — Karl Frisch announced his intention Wednesday to seek reelection as Providence District on the Fairfax County School Board, according to a release.

“This is a pivotal election year for Fairfax County," Frisch said, in his campaign announcement. "Will we abandon our world-class public schools in favor of risky Richmond political experiments, or will we continue our critical work to address every student by name and by need?"

Frisch will seek the Fairfax County Democratic Committee’s endorsement and will host a formal campaign kickoff event later this spring.
