-Observed that sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees at the bar.
-The following food item(s) were observed cold holding at improper temperatures using a calibrated food temperature measuring device: Baked beans in Kolpak WIC at 46.3F. (Critical-Repeat)(Corrected During Inspection)
-Dispensing and/or in-use utensils improperly stored between use as follows: utensils stored in tomatoes, potato wedges, ice with handles touching ready to eat food. (Corrected During Inspection)
-Clean forks, knives were observed stored with the food-contact surface facing upward. (Corrected During Inspection)
-Plumbing connections under the 3 compartment sink, and bar handsink piping are leaking. The back handsink by the mop sink is leaking at the faucet area. (Repeat)
-The cover of the refuse container located outside the establishment is not a tight fit.
-Outside refuse container was uncovered. (Corrected During Inspection)
-Observed that there is a hole in the wall by the beverage station, and water heater room and a tile missing from floor by the handsink and cook line and it is not maintained in good repair. (Repeat)
