Alexandria Gas Station Robbed Tuesday: Police
Police are investigating the robbery Tuesday evening in Alexandria. Expect police activity in the area.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- An Alexandria gas station was robbed Tuesday afternoon, according to police. The The Alexandria Police Department is investigating the gas station robbery in the 4500 block of Kenmore Avenue, located in the City's West End (see map below).
Police didn't say which gas station was robbed, but there is a Seminary Plaza Exxon located at 4550 Kenmore Ave. That gas station was robbed twice by the same suspect last year and last month, but was recently arrested. (Tip Leads to Arrest of Suspect in Two Armed Robberies of Same Gas Station).
There were no weapons involved in Tuesday's robbery, police said, and no one was injured. Expect police activity in the area. Police didn't say what time the robbery occurred, but sent out an alert at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday. Police did not give a description of the suspect or say if he fled on foot or by other means.
