Association of Special Education Directors Moves to New Location
National Association of State Directors of Special Education moves to Reinekers Lane from Diagonal Road.

The National Association of State Directors of Special Education has moved to 225 Reinekers Lane, also known as King Street Station II.
This office property is part of the King Street station complex, which is adjacent to the Amtrak and King Street Metro stations and includes an , restaurants, retailers and a three-story underground parking garage.
Commercial real estate firm The Ezra Company negotiated the new lease, which includes 5,470 square feet.

In this new long-term lease, Ezra Company Principal/Executive Vice President Gene Martin represented NASDSE, which previously occupied space at 1800 Diagonal Rd., also in Alexandria.
Founded in 1938, the association promotes and supports education programs and related services for children and youth with disabilities in the United States and outlying areas.

San Mateo, Calif.-based Glenborough owns the seven-story, 131,000-square-foot building at 225 Reinekers Lane.
