Cab Driver Robbed at Gunpoint Monday Night: Police
Police say two male suspects displayed a gun and took cash Monday night in Alexandria. See map below where incident took place.
ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The Alexandria Police Department is investigating a robbery of a taxi driver in the 300 block of N. Patrick Street (see map below), according to an alert police sent out Monday night shortly after 10 p.m.
Two male suspects displayed a gun and stole money, police said. The victim was not injured.
A Fairfax County Police Department helicopter was responding to the North Old Town area to assist with the search for the suspects. Expect police activity in the area.
