Chinquapin Pool to Close for Maintenance

The Chinquapin Park Recreation Center Rixse Pool will be closed from 3 p.m. Sept. 3 through Sept. 10 as part of its annual maintenance. The pool will reopen on Sept. 11 at 6 a.m.

The center, located next to , will continue to offer use of the fitness room, activity rooms, soft playroom and racquetball courts as follows:

Monday, Sept. 3: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 4: Noon to 8 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 5: Noon to 8 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 6: Noon to 8 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 7: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 8: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 9: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 10: Noon to 8 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 11: Center reopons at full service at 6 a.m.
