ALEXANDRIA, VA - Free cone day at Ben & Jerry's is on Tuesday, April 12, from 12 noon to 8 p.m. A Ben & Jerry's store is located at 103 S Union St. in Old Town Alexandria. There's also a Ben & Jerry's nearby across the Potomac at National Harbor.
