HomeMade Pizza to Open on King Street

HomeMade Pizza Co. is opening a new shop on King Street.

The company, which has stores in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood, Arlington and a handful in Washington, D.C., offers bake-at-home pizza, salads and desserts.

The store, opening at 1314 King Street, offers uncooked pizza to order, which can be ordered online, in person on via the phone and then picked up and cooked at home.

It also offers kid-friendly items like the Cutie Pie Kit, which includes pizza dough, sauce, cheese, a choice of three toppings, instructions designed for the younger set and pizza chef aprons and hats for $39.95.
