Kiwanis Club Gives 'Officer of the Year' to Harris Investigators
Detective Robert Hickman and Sgt. Ed Milner were cited for their dedication to solving the murder of Lenny Harris.
The Kiwanis Club of Alexandria awarded Detective Robert Hickman and Sgt. Ed Milner of the Alexandria Police Department the Police Officers of the Year Award.
They were selected for the hard work and dedication they put into the Lenwood “Lenny” Harris case. His wife, Debra Harris, was in attendance at the awards luncheon to support the award recipients.
