"Today, Tuesday, August 30, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright will campaign for Hillary Clinton in Alexandria. Albright will join Hillary for Virginia organizers and volunteers at a phone bank to mobilize Democrats as part of the Clinton campaign's nationwide effort to register and commit to vote three million Americans ahead of November.
At the event, Albright will contrast Clinton and Kaine's vision for an inclusive America that is stronger together with the many ways Donald Trump's candidacy has normalized hate and empowered fringe elements of our society. She will discuss how Clinton and Kaine will work with our allies to keep us safe, while Trump remains temperamentally unfit to be president and has repeatedly praised Vladimir Putin, parroted Putin's talking points, and has yet to answer serious questions hovering over his campaign's disturbing connections to pro-Kremlin elements."
