Man With Gunshot Wounds Found Dead In Alexandria, Identity Released
Alexandria Police are investigating the death of a man found with gunshot wounds in a parking lot.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — A man was found dead in an apparent homicide Saturday night, according to Alexandria Police.
Around 10:15 p.m. Saturday, police responded to 22 Canterbury Square and found a man with gunshot wounds on the ground of a parking lot. Officers attempted life-saving measures until the Alexandria Fire Department arrived, but the man died of his injuries.
The man was identified as Deaundre Jack, 19, of Alexandria. The medical examiner will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.

Criminal Investigations Division detectives processed evidence at the scene, interviewed residents and canvassed the area. The investigation remains active.
