Michelle Obama to Campaign for Hillary Clinton in Northern Virginia
The first lady will be campaigning in Northern Virginia for Democratic presidential ticket Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine.

First Lady Michelle Obama will campaign Sept. 16 for Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine in Northern Virginia, the Clinton campaign announced Tuesday morning.
Next Friday, Obama will campaign for the Democratic presidential ticket at a public organizing event, where the first lady will urge Virginians, especially young people, to support Clinton and Kaine in November and register to vote ahead of the Oct. 17 deadline.

The Obamas have often visited Northern Virginia while living at the White House, mainly Alexandria, where they have worshiped at Alfred Street Baptist Church for Easter and dined at several area restaurants.
