Update: Anne Welsh Salon Wins ‘Favorite Hair Salon'

Update: Congratulations to  in Del Ray for taking home 38 votes to win the Readers’ Choice award for Best Hair Salon in Alexandria.

The salon will get a framed “Readers’ Choice” certificate from Patch, plus bragging rights.

In Old Town, the winning salon was with 11 votes.
