Patch reporters survive on coffee, and on Friday, we were at Misha's Coffeehouse and Roaster just in time to catch manager Alex Armstrong roasting a fresh batch of 66 - the house French roast.
The coffee house prepares between three and six batches of coffee beans daily, and a batch can weigh up to 30 pounds.
Misha's, 102 South Patrick St., is open daily Monday - Saturday, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., and on Sunday from 6:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
