Pumpkin Patch at Immanuel Church-on-the-Hill Opening Date Set

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- The first official day of fall is coming up on Sept. 22 and one of the most popular pumpkin patches in Alexandria, at Immanuel Church-on-the-Hill, will open Sunday, Oct. 2 at 12 noon, according to the group's Facebook page.

The church, located at 3606 Seminary Road, at the corner of Seminary Road and Quaker Lane in Alexandria, hosts the annual fall fundraiser. Proceeds from the sale of the donated pumpkins help local charities.

The popular pumpkin patch will be open weekends from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and weekdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. until Halloween, on Monday, Oct. 31.
