Suspect Charged in Commercial Burglary in Alexandria: Police

Man was found inside building on S. Quaker Lane Tuesday at 2 a.m., Alexandria Police said.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- A man is facing charges by Alexandria Police after he was found inside a building early Tuesday morning, police said.

Alexandria Police responded to an alarm call early Tuesday, at around 2 a.m., to a business on S. Quaker Lane in Alexandria. Officers located a man inside the building who ran from them, police said. Police apprehended him a short time later.

Police did not identify the business that was burglarized.

Alec Donohue, 21, was arrested for Commercial Burglary, Obstruction of Justice and Possession of Marijuana.
