City Of Portsmouth: HRT Resumes Services

Hampton Roads Transit will resume regular service starting Sunday, January 30 at 10 a.m. Conditions on regional streets remain icy in many places but regional efforts to clear and salt roads have made sufficient progress to warrant resumption of service.
