The Hemingway Cluster is a lakeside community of 78 patio homes and townhomes in Reston’s Northpoint neighborhood. In 2008, the Reston Association recognized Hemingway with the Cluster of the Year Award. Constructed in the 1990s by Wrenn Associates, Hemingway is comprised of three- and four-bedroom homes located on Hemingway Court and Hemingway Drive off North Village Road.
Hemingway Cluster is located at the edge of Lake Newport, Reston’s newest lake. Reston’s extensive network of walking paths connect directly to the neighborhood. Nearby schools are Aldrin Elementary, which is within walking distance, and Herndon Middle and High School.
