Reston Town Center Getting a CVS Store

Boston Properties has confirmed that the new residential building under construction at Reston Town Center, will house a CVS store in the ground-floor retail portion of the building.

CVS recently signed a lease for the 360-unit luxury rental building, that is expected to be completed in fall 2013. The building will feature 27,000 square feet of retail space. The other retail tenants have not yet been announced.

While Reston Town Center has expanded in recent years, it does not currently have a convenience, drug or grocery store to easily serve Town Center residents.
