Avery Point 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund Rewards Hourly Team Members

Avery Point, the Erickson Senior Living community in Short Point, Va., distributed $213,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).

The SAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was dispersed during a Staff Appreciation red carpet celebration on December 4. The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community's engaging, worry-free lifestyle.

"The heartfelt generosity of our residents who contribute to the Staff Appreciation Fund perfectly embodies the spirit of the season," shared Executive Director Bryan Bee. "In turn, our team members have earned this recognition for their caring attitudes, creativity, and diligence. Together, they make Avery Point an amazing place to live and work."

A total of 128 employees were celebrated and received a distribution from the Fund this year.
