Avery Point, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Short Pump, was recently named one of Virginia Living Magazine's Top Retirement Communities for 2025.
Virginia Living Magazine's editorial team produces this annual list, which features independent retirement communities. Avery Point is one of only 48 communities in Virginia to make the list. The Best of Virginia reader surveys attracts an estimated 100,000 voters and generates over 1,000,000 votes.
