Once the drive is confirmed, you’ll be contacted to schedule your appointment.General Eligibility Guidelines:

• Donors must be 16 or older
• Donors under 18 need a signed parent consent form
• Must feel well and healthy on donation day
• Minimum weight: 110 lbs
• Photo ID required
