
REVIEW OF DECEMBER 13TH CONCERT: The McLean Symphony, led and conducted by Sebastian Grande, wowed a packed sanctuary at Church of the Holy Comforter in Vienna VA on December 13th at 730 pm. Pianist, Tom Hicks, who hails from Guernsey, UK, deftly executed Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No 4., supported by the Symphony. Popular soprano, Catherine Wethington delighted audience with her magnificent voice. Christmas and Hanukkah selections played joyfully by the Symphony delighted patrons. The evening was topped off by the well-loved Sleigh Ride by Leroy Anderson and left audience in a humming holiday mood! McLean Symphony is a welcoming community organization which performs in various convenient locations in McLean, Vienna and Falls Church areas and also at Capital One Hall in Tysons.
