Man Charged With Filming Children In Woodbridge Bathroom: Police
A man from Woodbridge was charged with unlawful filming after he was accused of planting a camera in a bathroom that was primarily used by three underaged girls, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Police identified the man as Josue Daniel Benavides Bermudez.
