2025 Brings Array Of Concerts To Barns At Wolf Trap

Max Weinberg of the E Street Band, country, cabaret and Broadway stars are highlights of the upcoming Barns at Wolf Trap season.

VIENNA, VA — After the holiday season has come and gone, concertgoers can look forward to a variety of performances in 2025 at the Barns at Wolf Trap.

The upcoming season at the Barns at Wolf Trap takes place in a 382-seat venue made from restored 18th-century barns. Performances will happen from January to May, and after that, concertgoers will prepare for the summer season at Wolf Trap's Filene Center outdoor amphitheater.

On the musical side, some highlights are Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band drummer and Conan O’Brien bandleader Max Weinberg’s Jukebox on April 1 and 2; bluegrass performers The Del McCoury Band from Jan. 21 to 26; country music performers Darrell Scott on March 6, Duane Betts & Palmetto Motel on April 18 and Brad Tursi of Old Dominion on April 17; rockers like Virginia's own Keller Williams on March 1, Jim Messina on March 5, Rick Wakeman on March 27, and The Fixx on April 15 and 16.

The District of Raga, which celebrates South Asian musical and cultural influences, returns in its third season. Performances include Sid Sriram on Feb. 28, the khayal music of Ustad Naseeruddin Saami & The Saami Brothers on April 5, and classical contemporary crossover of Kala Ramnath, Abhijit Banerjee & Christylez Bacon on April 26. There's also a chance to experience Celtic heritage before St. Patrick's Day with Enter The Haggis’ final tour on Feb. 26 and Irish Masters of the DC Area on March 14 and 15.

Wolf Trap Artist Advisor Wu Han is wrapping up her final season at Wolf Trap with her curated Chamber Music at The Barns. Highlights of the season are international opera star and Wolf Trap Opera alum John Holiday on Jan. 19; chamber virtuosos Wu Han, David Finckel and Arnaud Sussman on Feb. 16; pianists Alessio Bax & Lucille Chung on March 2; Schubert’s “Trout” Quintet on March 16; a partnership in sonatas by Julia Fischer and Jan Lisiecki on March 26; a night of Mozart, Grieg, Fa uré, Prokofiev on April 4; and Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence on April 25.

Audiences can also experience a comedic cabaret act with NPR’s All Things Considered host Ari Shapiro on Feb. 7, Broadway stars Tituss Burgess on Feb. 12 and 13 and John Lloyd Young on April 23.###a>
